Welcome to Freer Home ("Freer Home," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of freerhome.com (the "Site") and any products or services offered through it (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

There is no minimum age to browse this Site. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only place an order with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who must provide any required payment information. ## 13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and shall be conducted in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or another mutually agreed location, or, at the option of the party seeking relief, via videoconference or telephone.
You and Freer Home each agree to bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Either party may opt out of this arbitration agreement by notifying Freer Home in writing at the email below within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
## 14. Governing Law
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Site, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Subject to Section 13 (Dispute Resolution and Arbitration), you agree that any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
## 15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
